I have no idea if one day a biological female can compete with males in CSGO/valorant, I wouldn't hold my breath, but maybe a very special player is out there that can achieve it. I played against C9 White routinely in Valorant, having scrimmed them 12 times over 4 months. They averaged just under 8 rounds per map, with two biological males on their team. Most rounds they won outside of pistols were generally due to their Jett main (biological male) taking over as an individual. We deliberately practiced respectfully and made sure we didn't map-wide push, let them exec, etc. The average person really doesn't understand the effect one player can have on a game. A Jett main who opens up the map with entries, puts their team into post-plants, and man-advantage situations, while main Awping on CT makes everyone's job much easier, and has by far the largest imprint on the game. The talent gap is enormous between biological men and biological women from my experience.
