This makes me sad. Spirit was there for us when we were poor young parents flying across the country to attend graduations and weddings. I feel like no one will believe me, but the ticketing counter and gate agents at BWI were the nicest, most accommodating in the industry.

The only thing I love more than putting numbers in a spreadsheet is cooking for my husband, six daughters and all our friends. Sometimes I make spreadsheets about the meals.

A family from church has a boy in the hospital, my wife made them dinner to ease their suffering. I like being married to a woman who does stuff like this instead of typing numbers into a spreadsheet at a job she hates. Happy to work a little harder to make it happen.

I know we’re in the Easter Octave and therefore this is not a penitential Friday, but I’ve been on the phone with Frontier Airline arguing over what constitutes a “child” for 28 minutes so I should get to eat steak next Friday.
