@AdamMancini4 I had to refocus and know to stick to my start few pts daily I’m a raccoon middle type guy. Sometimes catch daily bottoms or failed breakdowns. But don’t chase them. I love you stuff but have had to just use it for an outline.

Trying to "get rich quick" prevents most from ever doing so. Profit comes from stacking points daily via a process over 250 trading days a year. Trying make it all in 1 day by catching every move means FOMO, overtrading, losses. 5-12 points *avg* per day +runner is what I aim at

As posted today's been a common sell sequence in #ES_F: 6298-6303 was support this morning. We lost it, sold to 6240s. I then posted 6257 reclaim would backtest 6298. We reclaimed 6257, backtested 6298, sold. Recovery of 6257-60 now sees 6277, 6284+. 6230-32 next key support

OPEX day is slow motion (unless we get headlines) but #ES_F still giving us precise moves. 6333-27 was support as posted (Triangle Back-Test). We held 6327 exact. 6341 was 1st target where I warned to protect gains. Sold there. Dont overtrade Same upsides. 6319, 6311, 6305 below

Perfect technicals in #ES_F. As posted yesterday, 6271-69 was support of a multi-week triangle. We sold there 4pm, held all evening. 3am, we put in a perfect failed breakdown of Monday's 6260 low given in newsletter, recovered, +25 points Plan: 6291, 6301 above. 71-69=support

Its day 3 of basing for #ES_F. On Tuesday eve, longs triggered. My targets yesterday were 6281, 6288, 6305, 6311. We've hit 6311 2x. Why 6311? As per 4pm newsletter, its precise res of a 3 day triangle, just hit again. Plan: Hold runner. 6319, 6325-30 above. 6288, 6281=supports

Runners are a key part of my system & weeks like last (runner paid 250 points) are why. *Every trade* after initial profit takes I trail a runner regardless what I think. They cure FOMO & every 5-10 trades one pays for 100+ points. You never need to predict which trade will do so

After all the hysteria and “breaking” updates over the weekend futures are green. We would all be better off if we were isolated and only focused on price. Headlines and news are distractions.

@ZaStocks I think sometimes the words “you need to hold longer “ can deafen the reality of what that really means. Risk above all and grow to maximize trades.

Adopting the defense and risk first, offense and reward second mindset is very important. Asking “how much can I lose if this goes wrong” is more important than “how much can I win if this goes right” as a trader. Of course everyone wants to focus on how much we can win, that’s why we trade right? To make money. In reality if we don’t play good defense and worry about risk first, good offense is more difficult. Good offense and making money comes from good defense.

Just an observation-CL took out the 100 day of 66.23 and right up to the 200 day at 68.50. Now the big target is the gap fill at 70.79

@itsdrdollar My biggest blessing is making a normal day wage. Futures or options not consistent yet just came out of past two years going back and forth. I might not make the most money but just being able to add a third salary to my family and one day be full time. 💯 is huge.

Trading isn’t about getting rich quick. It’s about building a skill that pays you for life...

An eye opener for me was realizing if one *avgs* only 5 points daily 1 ES contract, its more than the avg annual income. Most dont get there because they are so fixated on catching rare home runs, they miss the high odds, low hanging fruit lvl to lvl moves we see daily. Less=more
