தவெக என்பதே திராவிடத்தின் அப்கிரேடட் வெர்ஷன் தான் என்று நாம் சொன்னதையெல்லாம் காதில் போட்டுக்கொள்ளாமல் மாற்றம் வேண்டும் என்று இந்தத் தற்குறிக்கும்பலுக்கு ஓட்டுப்போட்டு தன் தலையில் மண்ணை வாரிப்போட்டுக்கொண்ட தமிழக மக்களுக்கு , தாங்கள் திராவிடம் 2.0 தான் என்று இன்றைய பேட்டியின் மூலம் மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை நிரூபித்துள்ளார் கல்வி அமைச்சர் (!) விடியா கும்பலின் அதே " மத்திய அரசு நிதி தரவில்லை..தமிழகத்தை வஞ்சிக்கிறது " பஞ்சப்பாட்டு... கல்வி மத்திய - மாநில அரசுகளின் பொதுப்பட்டியலில் உள்ளது...ஆகவே , கல்விக்காக மத்திய அரசு மாநிலங்களுக்கு பல்வேறு திட்டங்கள் மூலம் நிதி வழங்குகிறது. அதில் முக்கியமானவை: 1 . சமக்ரா சிக்ஷா (Samagra Shiksha) பள்ளிக் கல்விக்கான மிகப்பெரிய மத்திய–மாநில கூட்டு திட்டம். முன்பள்ளி முதல் +2 வரை உள்ள அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பள்ளிகளுக்கான நிதி. ஆசிரியர் ஊதியம், கூடுதல் வகுப்பறைகள், ஆய்வகங்கள், ஸ்மார்ட் கிளாஸ், சிறப்பு கல்வி, பெண்கள் கல்வி போன்றவற்றுக்கு பயன்படும். 2 . PM POSHAN (மத்தியான உணவுத் திட்டம்) மாணவர்களுக்கு மதிய உணவு வழங்கும் திட்டம். இதற்கும் மத்திய அரசு மாநிலங்களுடன் சேர்ந்து நிதி வழங்குகிறது. 3 . STARS திட்டம் “Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States”. பள்ளிக் கல்வி தரத்தை உயர்த்தும் திட்டம். 4 . National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship பொருளாதார ரீதியாக பின்தங்கிய திறமையான மாணவர்களுக்கு உதவித்தொகை. 5 . Kendriya Vidyalaya / Navodaya பள்ளிகள் நேரடியாக மத்திய அரசு நடத்தும் பள்ளிகள். இதற்கான முழு செலவையும் மத்திய அரசே ஏற்கிறது. 6 . Finance Commission Grants நிதிக் கமிஷன் பரிந்துரைகளின் அடிப்படையில் கல்வி மேம்பாட்டிற்கான செயல்திறன் (performance-based) நிதியும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இதில் samagra siksha திட்டம் தவிர்த்து மற்ற எல்லாத் திட்டங்களுக்கும் நிதி எப்போதும் போல வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது..samagra siksha திட்டத்துக்கான நிதி என்பது மத்திய அரசின் PM - SHRI திட்டத்தை ஏற்கும் மாநிலங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் நிதி...அதாவது புதிய கல்விக்கொள்கையை ஏற்கும் மாநிலங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் சிறப்பு நிதி..தமிழக அரசு இதுவரை பி.எம்.ஸ்ரீ திட்டத்தில் கையெழுத்திடவில்லை..புதிய கல்விக்கொள்கையையும் ஏற்கவில்லை... மத்திய அரசு உருவாக்கிய திட்டத்தை ஏற்க மாட்டார்களாம்...ஆனால் அதற்கென ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நிதி மட்டும் வேண்டுமாம்.. இதே பித்தலாட்டத்தைச் செய்த திமுக துடைத்தெறியப்பட்டுள்ளது..அதே பாதையில் , அவர்களை விட விரைவாகப் பயணிக்கிறது தற்குறிக்கும்பல்... அதே கதியை விரைவில் எட்ட வாழ்த்துகள்... Everyone knew that regime change was the key objective of the war--trump and netanyahu had stated this in public. The question was how to achieve this objective. The NYT report gives details about the plan. Assassinate the Ayatollah, along with other senior leaders; triggering panic in the top leadership; unleash the Kurds with weapons from the northwest; launch psyops and information campaigns to set powerful narratives both inside and outside Iran; trigger more street protests, deepening the instability; and then prop up someone (like Delcy in Venezuela), who was already in touch with Israel, to take over the reins of the country; and then make a deal with him to meet all your objectives--shut down the nuclear programme; ship out the uranium; scale down the missile and drone capabilities; cut off ties with all non-state allies; and promise political "reforms". But the best man they could identify to do the job was Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, per NYT. Nejad was an important player in Iran's politics. A non-clerical politician who rose to become President, he carved a space for himself in the post-Khatami years. When the whole country faced major protests in 2009 over his reelection, he secured Khamenei's support. But Nejad had fallen out with the establishment in the last leg of his presidency. Ever since, he tried to make a political comeback several times, but each time, his bid was struck down. Perhaps this was what prompted the Israelis to make contact with him. That part is understandable. But expecting Nejad—someone who was out of favour with the clerical establishment, lacking a political base among both conservatives and moderates/liberals, and never a favourite of the IRGC — to lead a country of 90 million through post-regime instability and strike favourable deals with the West/Israel sounds implausible even by Hollywood standards. It shows either how desperate Israel was for regime change in Iran or how ill-informed the entire regime-change camp was about the country.
