@skatedailyshop it wouldn’t and you’re right, but also the majority of people saying they would’ve payed money for the game say that because they didn’t/don’t want an “early access” unfinished, broken game. pay money for a finished game, simple concept.

i do not understand why ppl think skate. releasing for $40-$70 would avoid EA from adding microtransactions still lol it is 2025 guys basically every game aims to have a form of microtransactions

@SkateStatus ahh yes “early access” titles, having the casual player put in hours to find the issues that the devs are too lazy find. issues that to this day aren’t resolved. nobody wants this. we want a finished game. does anyone believe that this is 5 years of development??

In Early Access, you’re not always going to see things working or set up as best they should. We want to be transparent with you. As players notice something, such as two pairs of pants that look too similar, we hear you and want to address it.

@SkateStatus 0 depth, cosmetic driven, f2p slop. this game is so garbage that it feels like the average player is putting in labor to find the bugs for the developers. oh wait "early access title" to minimize that criticism, oh wait "the weekly grind" to make the player/worker feel included.

With today's Daily Tasks reset, we saw a completion bug pop up, impacting the Trick of the Day task requiring you to do a Spread Eagle 3 times. Performing the trick Spread Eagle will now successfully count progress towards the Task for Trick of the Day - Spread Eagle and allow you to complete your Daily Tasks.

We are aware of the issue affecting tasks blocking you from completing week 1 of the Skate-o-Ween event.
We pushed a fix today allowing you to run any of the previously completed challenges again, "Witch's Brew", "Spider Bait", and "Heathen Flip", to complete the challenge goals and get all the week 1 rewards.
Additionally, we're disabling the "Basinator" Challenge due to the objective "Perform a single flip trick and 360 into the Fountain" not consistently tracking.
