Quick Hit Man take: Meh. But seeing Adria Arjona reminded me how amazing Assayas' 2022 Imma Vep was. She and Alicia Vikander are infinitely more compelling and incendiary in one scene of that show than are Arjona and Glen Powell in all of Hit Man.

Hit Man? No. No! Not good at all. This is a really bad film with plot holes, incoherent and with no moral compass whatsoever. I'm not a sissy. You can write a comedy about a hit man, or fake hit man. He can fall for the femme fatal. But, not even a hesitation? Or consequences?
