@Wizelycook It was so annoying, I'd try to go up for a wide open dunk, feel a sharp sting on my knee mid air and be out for the rest of the game. I had to get prescription insoles and 3 months of weekly rehab just to be able to play without pain, thankfully it worked

@Wizelycook Hope it's not too serious, but every1 I know who exercises has had to go through a soft tissue injury before taking warming up and stretching seriously. I personally only started after my patellar tendon started hurting like hell after every jump last year
