@CazooHelp Hi, can you please look into issue I raised with you via DMs. The car was delivered yesterday and after stopping on the first drive the car wouldn't start again so had to call RAC. The car had faulty battery even though you've said you will change it prior to handover

@Cardiffbus The bus just arrived, thank you. With this service being frequently late/route altered it really helps to see where the bus is on the map so it would be amazing if the issue with tracking could be looked into going forward. Thanks for your help

@Cardiffbus I'm sorry but that's not true. You literally said to someone else that the bus was late so you regulated it. Bus 102 went down Western Avenue and completely missed out most of Llandaff route...

@Cardiffbus The 102 service seems to be all over the place. The bus seems to be missing some bus stops and not follow the timetable. By removing services you've already affected people's journey home and you making it worse by not following the timetable/routes you set yourself

@Cardiffbus Hi, there are certain buses that pass through UHW and are staff's only means of getting to work in the morning. For example 51 service at 6.20am. On Saturday service the earliest 51 bus leaves at 9am. Perhaps reducing service in the day to prioritise work commute would be better

@Cardiffbus Thanks for your reply. It would be great if the mobile app could show that the bus was cancelled so that passengers don't waste time waiting for the bus that won't arrive. 57 service meant to arrive after 51 but didn't show up either, so we spent 40 minutes waiting for nothing

@Cardiffbus Hi, do you offer partial refunds on monthly tickets as we were unable to use 6.30am 51 service as it hasn't showed up? This wasn't the first time this happened. By paying for monthly ticket we are paying for the service that isn't being delivered.

@Cardiffbus That was related to my message from this morning about 51 not showing up and you saying that the bus and replacement broke. If the app had a function to say a bus was cancelled we could seek alternative way of getting to work rather than wait for the bus and be late to work.

@Cardiffbus It would be great if there was a notification within the app saying that the bus was cancelled. The countdown of the bus arrival time is a bit misleading as it suggests that the bus will show up. Me and 3 other passenger have spent 30 minutes waiting for bus that wasn't coming
