@HighOffLyfe_ There are a ton of things you can do Romanian dead lifts Bulgarian splits squats. Hip thrusters, any machine that does push backs focusing glutes. Abductor machines. It just depends on what you want to do? The more lean muscle you build, the more calories you burn.

I have 6 months to look like a goddess for my Mexico trip and 9 months for Vegas .. send me all workout tips and tricks so I can stop looking like the pillsbury doughboy
