So that's the brief version of our origin story! Today we specialise in 3 things: 1. Practical training in the mindset and skills needed for co-leadership 2. Coaching groups to shift their working climate 3. Supporting organisations on their self-management journeys

Where Tuff was once too radical and controversial, today, thanks to books like 'Reinventing Organisations' by Frederic Laloux, we also work with decentralised and self-managing organisations. Those who in particular want help with the culture aspect.
