Set an alarm on your phone for the time you should be heading to bed but don’t. Label that alarm this: “Don’t stay up late for anything you wouldn’t get up early for.” When it goes off, you’ll have a choice. Make it with more intention than you did last night.

Your car is running out of fuel. You’ve only got $10 in your pocket. Do you wait until you can fill the tank or buy $10 of fuel? Exercise is the same. Only got 10 minutes to exercise? Do 10 minutes, Don’t wait until you can do a full workout. Something over nothing, always.
