Your GPU is running at half speed and you don't even know it. Most systems default to PCIe x8 instead of x16. That's a 50% bandwidth cut = massive FPS loss. Download GPU-Z → check "Bus Interface" If "currently running" doesn't match your card's max, you're leaving frames on the table.
