我最近的一个小Skill：HTML HyperFrames Harness。 起点是上周 @trq212 那个 “HTML 替代 Markdown 文档” 的讨论。社区反响很高，我当时想到的是另一个场景： 如果hyperframes @HyperFrames_ HTML 工作台，会不会好一点 我自己用 HyperFrames 做视频的时候，最明显的卡点就在和md文档对齐。 从 markdown格式的 brief 直接跳到最终 index.html，中间太黑箱了。 看不到素材和图片的话一点体感都没有 -素材会怎么用？ -关键帧会怎么排？ -motion 到底怎么走？ -最后生成出来的视频，风格会不会偏？ 所以我做了一个 Director Workbench Skill。 它会在正式生成 @HeyGen 的HyperFrames 视频之前，先把整条片子的视觉资产摊开： -节奏结构 -素材墙 -每一个关键帧的排版 -支持中英文切换，支持插拔 @nexudotio 的open design 风格组件作为hyperframe的风格 -motion timeline -最终 index.html 的映射关系 人先 review 这一层，再让 agent 进入最终生成。 我现在对这个东西的理解很简单： 它就是 HyperFrames 生产流程里的一个 Harness。 先把导演意图和视觉资产锁住，再开始 render。 项目已经放到 GitHub 了： github.com/xwxga/html-hyp…
