A group of black people jumped two white people in Cincinnati, sucker punching a woman and knocking her out cold. If the races were reversed, this would be on every major news outlet in the country. Cycling to @Shinbonemedical this am and saw an overweight middle aged runner with poor biomechanics- it triggered a reminder that changing exercise modes to suit body habitis and age is critical. Defiantly pursuing particularly running (with ground reaction force of 3-4X) is mad.
