The daughter is not happy that @LevisStadium is saying no to friendship bracelets & external batteries with cords for phones. How, she asks, is a phone supposed to stay charged for six-plus hours? How is that safe for people who have to catch rides/public transit after the show?

Wow, worked in Detroit in the ‘90s. Did not realize this.

@daniel_s_larson You missed this downside: UC SF Downtown will remove property from the tax roles. And how are these UC SF staff supposed to afford to live in downtown #SanFrancisco where current median house price is $1.4M. Newsflash. Faculty and staff will live in Tracy and commute 100 mi daily

UC downtown SF is a good long term idea to have a stable community of people who live and hopefully spend in the area. I don't see much downside but I can't imagine UC moving quickly on this.
