@katesbushislit @01percentman @OrevaZSN Walk onto any blue collar workplace, talking like you can do the job. Every man will eagerly step aside, and watch you eat shit.

@tvvitterhandle @01percentman @OrevaZSN Rapist lover says what?
As 98% of rapes go unpunished…and 1 in 5 women having been victims of rape/attempted rape, why do say “you can’t hide behind rapes anymore”?

@shadfurman @PeterDiamandis Thank, bot. You're not helpful, at all.

@tvvitterhandle @PeterDiamandis Pete is a busy man, I'm sure answering randos on the internet is not his top priority.

Let me give you an example of where there is no gov intervention, and the impact on brand drug pricing.
When a brand manufacturer sells a drug to one of the big 3 drug distributors that control more than 90 pct of their market, those multi hundred billion dollar distributors DONT negotiate the lowest price they can get. They literally pay retail price.
Then, in exchange for paying promptly, and providing some data, they get a discount of a whopping 5 pct. For a $600 drug, their net cost is $570
For obvious reasons, that distributor can’t sell to your local pharmacy for less than $570.
So when you go to buy that drug, and have no insurance, or a deductible of more than $600, that’s why you pay the full $600.
The question is “why would multi hundred billion dollar distributors only negotiate a 5% discount on brand drugs?”
I asked this very question to several CEOs of brand drugs companies
First you have to know that the pharma companies don’t keep that full $570. Because they pay rebates and fees to the big insurance company PBMs , they end up netting about 50% , or $300 in this example
I asked them why they didn’t sell to the big distributors at a little more than their net price, which would allow them to make more money. And it would also allow the distributors to sell to pharmacies at say $350 (so the distributors make more money ), and the pharmacies could sell to the uninsured and those during their deductible phase for $375. Meaning more patients could benefit from their drugs.
This doesn’t mean every patient could afford their meds, but it means that more could. Saving $225 is not nothing.
The CEOs each told me that they would like to, but can’t. Why?
Because the ins company PBMs have told them that if they did this , they would reduce their position on their formularies. Which could cost them billions of dollars across all their drugs.
None of this is against the law.
It’s become standard industry practice.
Until we break up these conglomerates , it will only get worse.

@katesbushislit @01percentman @OrevaZSN Thats bullshit. You cant hide behind "rape" anymore. We'd all give you every opportunity to succeed, knowing you dont want want to.
English

@tvvitterhandle @01percentman @OrevaZSN Men have denied us entry into those places…we would enter those professions if we didn’t fear being continually harassed and possibly raped with no protections. I’ve worked in heavily male dominated spaces and most have been poorly managed and wholly inefficient.🤷♀️
English

@katesbushislit @01percentman @OrevaZSN Would that be easier than woman showing gratitude, for doing what no one wants to do, including the men who do it?
English

@tvvitterhandle @01percentman @OrevaZSN Maybe if more of the only people in this current system raised/allowed to be nurturing & kind (boys/men are often socially deprived of this human capability/need) into leadership those unnecessary, unprofessional and energy wasting dynamics would change? forbes.com/sites/jasonwal…
English

@katesbushislit @01percentman @OrevaZSN Would more women install and maintain power lines, install and maintain sewer lines, and run logging equipment, to provide lumber to build every building you walk in, if men didn't feel the need to weed out the weak?
English

@shadfurman @PeterDiamandis I did. And, i asked Pete. Neither can seem to a swer how ai helps the poors.

@tvvitterhandle @01percentman @OrevaZSN The exceptional women would train the next generation of exceptional men and women to ensure the infrastructure remains intact & functional. We’ve always been the teachers and the carers…of course we’d do what it takes to make sure the live supporting tech remains functional.
English

@tvvitterhandle @01percentman @OrevaZSN I’m glad you’ve had the opportunity to work with women who punched through…but if you read the stats, it’s not commonplace. Why should anyone competent have to “punch through” instead of talent being welcomed? Seems wholly inefficient if the biggest bully instead of talent wins.
English

@katesbushislit @01percentman @OrevaZSN If men disappear, so you think the exceptional women will keep the lights on, or will you work her to death?

@katesbushislit @01percentman @OrevaZSN Im afraid you take your man's paid bills for granted. How much harder would your household chores be, if you had no power, nor running water?
When your power, and water, bill gets paid... Who do you think keeps power and water running through your house?
English

@SolarpunkSEED @PeterDiamandis Can. Can is potential. What is stopping you from doing it?
English

@tvvitterhandle @PeterDiamandis We are we. Many hands make light work. Houses can be constructed from earth, seeds can grow gardens & more seeds. Solar panels capture & generate free power for decades. Crowdfunding is a powerful materials transition strategy. networks of real people, billionaires not necessary.
English

@katesbushislit @01percentman @OrevaZSN Do you think women would keep the infrastructure intact, if men disappeared? Not a hypothetical could. Do you think women would maintain the powerlines? Would you learn how, if men went away?
English

@tvvitterhandle @01percentman @OrevaZSN More women would love to do those jobs (I know women mechanics, etc.) and excel if they weren’t constantly sexually harassed, groped and raped by disgusting yet protected male coworkers so incompetent they don’t know how to act in public around coworkers.

@SolarpunkSEED @PeterDiamandis Who is we? The planet already has the resources. Its the billionaires, who keep the poors from working for their own, by keeping resources out of reach.

@tvvitterhandle @PeterDiamandis Most people don’t have much money, and AI is accelerating that. We promote open source postcapitalist approaches, including in the third sector.
