🎙️ Paul Scholes on Marcus Rashford potentially returning to Manchester United:
“I didn’t want to say this earlier because these situations can affect negotiations. If United publicly look desperate to bring Rashford back, then clubs like Barcelona know United still emotionally value him highly. But honestly, if we’re thinking about what’s best for everyone involved…I don’t think Rashford should come back. And I don’t think United should bring him back either.
Because people forget: for a long time, Rashford was the face of the project. The team revolved around him. United wanted to build around him. Now things are different. You look at Cunha and the energy he brings…he works relentlessly, presses, fights, creates, runs, does a bit of everything. That’s who should be wearing the number 10 shirt at Manchester United.
And maybe the problem with Rashford is that he became too comfortable at United. Maybe the club loving him that much eventually made him a bit arrogant. Because the most dangerous thing for Rashford wouldn’t even be losing his place in the team… it would be walking back into that dressing room and realizing somebody else has already become the new number 10.
Imagine once being the player everything revolved around… then returning and seeing somebody else wearing that shirt and leading the new era. That can become toxic very quickly. This team already looks like it has emotionally moved on. A different identity. A harder-working identity. Sometimes separation is healthier for both sides.
Rashford doesn’t need United anymore. And United don’t need Rashford either.”

@politiwars @BGatesIsaPyscho i think the australian government wants their citizens to pick up machetes and swords for some serious highlander mortal kombat.
English

@BGatesIsaPyscho Hey remember when Australia banned guns so no one could defend themselves? Those were some fun times, eh?
English

🚨🇦🇺 Meanwhile in Melbourne, Australia
“Omg I’m terrified - did they just kill someone?”
Gang of African migrants stop the highway, in order to hack people up with machetes.
Melbourne recently introduced ‘Machete Bins’ for people to dispose of their weapons anonymously - it’s clearly not working & The State of Victoria has to deal with these incidents now every single day - courtesy of mass migration.
English

@BGatesIsaPyscho oh they just importing their beautiful culture over to your city. if you didn't pay attention in history class, the machete was a pretty popular weapon during the rwandan, darfur, congo and nigerian genocides
English

@manufcnow they managed to get ucl qualification. so they are all switched off. next season they will just run through the motions and just try not to get relegation. we all seen this before anyways.

🚨 Roy Keane on the draw vs Sunderland:
"I’m looking at these players after the game, shaking hands, swapping shirts... it makes me sick.
You’ve just drawn with Sunderland. Sunderland. I’ve heard people saying, 'Oh, they showed great character to get the point.' Character? Do me a favor. You’re playing for a big club, you’re on sixty, seventy thousand a week, and you’re celebrating a draw because you ran around for five minutes at the end? That’s the minimum. That’s just being a professional.
I see the goalkeeper making a save he’s supposed to make, and everyone’s patting him on the back. That’s his job. That’s why he’s wearing the gloves. If he doesn't save it, he’s useless.
The midfield was non-existent. Soft. No one wanted to put a tackle in because they’re worried about their social media or their hair. You’re in a war, and these lads are looking for a cuddle. I don't buy it.
If I’d drawn that game, I’d be ashamed to walk through the front door, never mind doing interviews talking about 'positives.' There are no positives. You didn't win. Pack your bags and get out."

@En_jupiter_ if you get such nightmares, you are in a very dark place. i am speaking from experience.
English

@jondelarroz fake news. the female custodes sold out in all stores over here.
English

Games Workshop looked at 40 years of Warhammer 40K lore, decided it was wrong, rewrote it, and told the community it had always been that way.
The community responded by not buying a single box of the new female Custodes range. Not one. Three weeks after pre-order. Zero units on the Sagittarum. A handful on everything else.
Sisters of Battle have existed since 1991. Female warriors sell in 40K when they're written into the universe instead of forced into it by retroactively declaring four decades of codices to be lies.
GW didn't add female Custodes. It told you that you were wrong for remembering what you read.
The shelves are still full. The community gave its answer.
This is what happens when a company decides its customers need to be educated rather than served. Which franchise gets the same treatment next?

@B_Rockin_98 because those ppl who complain are feminists or ppl who never saw real tits before.

@feral_feed guy is bitching to the wrong choir. grow some balls and go rant outside the MPs house instead.

The pirate survival game “Windrose” had a serious hidden problem: it was killing your SSD without you knowing.
Normal gameplay like walking around your base caused it to write up to 108 GB of data to your SSD every hour.
This stemmed from an inefficient save system using RocksDB that created too many small files and constant disk activity, which could shorten SSDs life over time.
Players and YouTubers reported the issue, and dev Kraken Express quickly fixed it with a patch that cuts disk writes by 60 to 75% and stops unnecessary CPU spikes

@Rith97085153 @OddSteamReviews they basically copied POE's monetization model but offer none of the game depth and replayability.
English

@OddSteamReviews Someone gotta tell me why D4 is hated on so much conpared to the other ones.
English

@SceneinCinema he is difficult to cast because ''hollywood'' don't produces roles he can fill. look through his filmography and you will understand.

James McAvoy says he was told by an actress that he wasn’t good looking enough to be with her on-screen, and that their relationship wouldn’t feel believable to the audience.
“I was told once by an actress that it was an interesting choice, my casting, because nobody would usually believe that I would be with somebody like her. That was a kick in the nuts! I was like, ‘All right, now I’ve got to pretend that I really like you for eight more weeks. This is going to be really tough, because you’re so far up yourself.’ It got really interesting, that relationship.”
The actor, who is 5’7″, has revealed he’s lost out on many roles because he was too short.
"You’re made to feel like you’re not good-looking enough."

@jodyamato_ @LASHYBILLS um so invoke the 10 plagues on the child? get real. do you even know wtf you are reading in the bible?
English

@LASHYBILLS Someone should force the mother to talk to her son as lovingly as she talks to her cat. Her harshness & vulgarity are part of that kid’s problem.

English

@BlessingGives Martinez didn't get just ''booked''. He was sent off with a straight red card. This is why the EPL and the PGMOL as a football league has lost a lot of credibility the past 10 years. Intelligent people do not watch football anymore.
English

@thaRealKyo @CyberpunkGame the game is based on set pieces and moments. the game on the whole itself is very empty and shallow. all of cdpr games are like this. i rather read the witcher books than play the damn games.
English

update: cyberpunk 2077 is boring 🥱
i wanted to like this game, but i just can’t.

Kyo@thaRealKyo
starting cyberpunk 2077 tonight #PS5

@manufcnow this is why i keep saying man utd will be flirting with relegation next season.

🚨 Paul Scholes on the harsh reality of qualifying for The Champions League:
"Look, you can talk about qualifying for the Champions League all you want. It is fine. It’s a step. But let’s be honest here. If this club thinks they can just stroll into next season with the same energy and the same squad, they are kidding themselves."
"We see it every year. You get a bit of hope and then you realize the foundations are made of paper. This is completely on INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe now. They have come in and talked a big game, but now they have to actually deliver."
"Without massive changes in that dressing room and some serious quality coming in through the door this summer, we are just making up the numbers."
"You don't win trophies by standing still. If Sir Jim and his team don't get the recruitment right, we will be sitting here in twelve months' time wondering where it all went wrong again. It is just not good enough for a club of this size."
