@tweedeededa @KristyT My official “critical thinking” course in college was comp sci data structures lol. I never had to write in complete sentences for that. My only writing courses were humanities/social science requirements that stem majors think they’re too smart to take seriously

@tweedeededa @KristyT Yea no shit, cuz that’s all they do lol. You understand that all you need to do to be considered literate is by simply passing the threshold (which the vast majority of STEM majors do btw). You don’t need to be a walking thesaurus to be competent

@tweedeededa @KristyT As a COSC major myself, I hope you’re aware that we have to do documentation, which requires competent literacy. On top of that, you know it’s not just STEM related class that we have to take, we taken hella humanities classes as well (and we call them bs classes for a reason)
