I trusted when reaching out to @JeepCares and being given a “case number” I would actually get a call helping me with my Jeep Compass. Clearly that was a lie. Free Advice: Jeep cannot get parts for new cars. Do not buy or lease a new Jeep because you’ll end up without a car.
