Carnival should be moved to Port Royal. I can never understand using major thoroughfares (core city routes) as carnival streets. Ppl have to go to work and about their business not everyone goes to carnival. It's a massive inconvenience esp for essential workers.

I can’t believe it use to travel for carnival and party back to back while drinking 😂😂 I went out four times .. spaced out no liquor and I feel like I’ve been hit by a bullet train. I’m tapping out
