These three spent a lot of time around Quinn's little sibling, Charlie. Charlie is only a year younger than Quinn, but because of the vast difference in the expectations placed on each of them, the gap often feels much larger. They get on, but aren't especially close.

Felix Scarlett grew up in one of the most secretive covens in the Alliance. He's theatrical, bombastic, and treats conversation like a comedy bit, but there's an edge to many of the things he says, like maybe he's like this because he thinks his feelings really are just a joke.

Let's talk about some of Twelvelms' characters, starting with the main trio! Quinn, Felix and Reilly have been friends since they were 13 years old. At the story's start, they've just turned 18, and are now considered to be fully grown mages and independent from their parents.

Names are incredibly important to mages. They believe that to give a thing a name, you bestow and limit its power. As such, all mages name themselves and go by only petnames until their 13th Summer Solstice. You can immortalise your name in the Book of Mages in our crowdfunder!
