The Rose & Lion on London Road is now open. Previously many things including The Black Dog, Grand Union and Roxie’s it’s had a major refit under owners Star Pubs (part of Heineken). Have you been yet?

@twickerati A willow? They are quite delicate things really and hate this drought. The ones here by Bell Lane had to be heavily de-boughed and pollarded not long ago as were dropping branches.
