@twinkmcrae @AmitWorldPeace @clashreport I wasn't comparing Taiwan to Hawaii. I was making the point for people that know very little about Geopolitics that the people on Taiwan Island are people that left the Mainland to establish their own government on the Island.
Also, Hong Kong has all that but it's not a country.

@AmitWorldPeace @clashreport They're literally Chinese people that escaped the Mainland after their party lost the Chinese civil war. It's just like Democrats escaping to Hawaii and forming their own country there, which isn't recognized officially by anyone as a sovereign state.

@VaelisFox The Royal Albert Hall one is an orchestral version. Her live album includes all the club remixes that she performed live, like “New Rules” (which a lot of her fans have been asking for). So you’re wrong, there is a point in releasing two live albums.

Interesting take, but I appreciate that she loves this album so much and exports it across genres and releases it as well. RAH is a very orchestral recording, whereas the Live RO tour has more of a dance/club-oriented sound. There is something genuine about it.

I think China's preference is probably to have Taiwan willingly voluntarily join them.
In a perfect world, what they would want is some vote or a referendum in Taiwan that agrees to fold in. I think that's what they would prefer.
Ultimately it's featured prominently in President Xi's mandate in the time he's been in office. He's made clear that what they call reunification, what they call it, is something that has to happen at some point.
We think it would be a terrible mistake to force that through force or anything of that nature.
