I need to share this cos it’s a big deal. If you use a CC infant mat and your infant achieves milestones on it, if you then take it out of your game, that save will not load. It’s because the achievement is tied to the object. You need to add it back in to fix OR (1 of 2)

Not that you should have to bc the bug should be fixed, but it's a temporary solution i guess. You can always toggle it back on if you need it for storytelling + you can force weather with UI cheats.

Idk why the team hasn't fixed the weather indoors bug, but if you're finding it annoying then you might want to turn rain and/or snow off in the settings menu:

Before I completely crash out over a trailer sim and attempt to recreate them, I just need to check... this guy (Antoine Hyde) definitely didn't come with the new pack, right? Like he's not a hidden townie or anything? Maxis haven't put him on the gallery :(

@babyfaesims For sure, if i still played on console I'd be screaming over this feature! P sure it doesn't work with alpha skins is bc of the comp method of the brushes and stamps being 1 or 4 to prevent pixelation issues on mm skin, so it I get it but it's a shame things work like that 😭

@twistedtrait Ohhh yeah that’s true I see this more as a win for non cc users they can really customize their sims more I’m sure someone will make a mod or tweak so it works with alpha skins

@babyfaesims Oh i do, colour slider mod is my best friend! I dont use full opacity skins but I'm annoyed for people who do bc they can't use the new paint feature, it feels unfair to me.

@twistedtrait 👉🏾👈🏾mayhaps I recommend the color slider mod you can lower the opacity of the alpha skins and still layer and use other stuff like tattoos etc
