@anteggs49 My surgery use and app. You log a brief description and get a call back that morning from the GP or nurse to make a plan. Downside I guess is they don’t need many receptionists any more. When you arrive at the surgery it’s all iPad or app too. I’m much happier with this system.

Am I the only one who objects to telling an 18 year old receptionist why I want to consult a doctor?
