@TFIupdates By the way, I got the bus in Bianconi av when I hop off the s8. The bus was packed as there was a lot of people was waiting for the previous bus making it super fullโฆ which it is super dangerous in terms of an emergency

@TFIupdates I donโt want to check anything. I want this company to provide a reliable service and I want to arrive a my home on time and without have to change buses becaus my bus was cancel for 4th time in the weekโฆ.

@TFIupdates Yesterday my bus didnโt come because the driver for a late break. Employer would have to take a late brake if the service run as it should.

@TFIupdates Iโve reported this issues since November and the service only got worseโฆ and again today the same issue. No information in the app. So itโs the w6 comming its cancel again.

@TFIupdates This is not an isolated experience. This is me reaching you every two days because your service is a disgrace,the fact that I have to wait to the next service to arrive at home, it is a disgraceโฆ. I am late to my apportionment once more time and I have to reschedule everything.

@TFIupdates And still every single day is the same story. I am waiting for the w6 at the 2349 stop and it is not here when it is supposed to come at 18:42. There is no information on the app and I have no means to know if my bus is delays it cancelled. Either way Iโll be late, again

@TFIupdates It is an ongoing issue since 21 st of November last year when I first starting sending dms and nothing has improvedโฆ. I donโt want feedback I want improvements. I arrive late at work and my clases today and I have to spend more money. This is unacceptable

@TFIupdates whatโs going on with the W6 at stop 7432?
The countdown was stuck at 35 mins for a long time and now suddenly shows 9 mins. This makes no sense and isnโt reliable.
I depend on this to get to work and Iโm ending up late. How are we supposed to plan journeys like this

@TFIupdates There is no delay in the updating on the app. There is still no information in the app that show this. The lateness of the services are getting out of the hand. I have to ended up getting a taxi to arrive on time to my classโฆ and this is not the first timeโฆ
