I must say I have enjoyed past three years as a Viking after coming back to Mesquite. It was definitely bittersweet getting my things instead of prepping my room for the next group of kids. I will miss the admin, students/families, and coworkers. It was a great place to be.

An unexpected turn of events this summer left me with opportunity to move into new position for upcoming school year. It's been a great last few weeks tidying up the tech lab, teaching robotics camp, presenting at a conference, and prepping for this next chapter.

I will cherish this week forever. Sharing my passion for robotics & going back to my roots to do camp with younger kids. So much has changed since I started in 2007. Don't have a closed off mind of what you think you career will look like. You might miss a great opportunity.
