everyone laughing but another very recent number 1 pick in a much tougher class *still* lacks these skills and isn’t even a good defender on top of it. sometimes your name gets you in the room.

Hawks DNP'ing players like Kispert and Hield. Hield was getting 20+ minutes a night on GSW, goes to ATL and he doesn't play bc they know he's a liability. Reflects the difference in philosophies. GSW prioritizes system fit but this leads to the talent discrepancy you often see
