One bad 90 minutes and Nico Gonzalez is banished to the bench. Meanwhile, Semenyo plays a disasterclass every week and his spot remains untouchable. The disparity in how they’re judged is staggering. Nico is being held to an elite standard while others get a free pass. It’s exhausting to watch.

It became clear this season that Doku was more effective in the middle. When we play narrow and when Doku is closer to goal. All that knowledge was thrown down the drain yesterday by our manager. Pep again played Doku as a wing back when it clearly hasn’t worked in the past. There was zero overlapping and no supporting 8 to help out Doku. It was Doku against 4 Madrid players

@anhonestcityfan @KingFemi__ I think Doku is fooling everyone with his dribbling abilities, which amount to nothing in the end. Many times our attackers are left in open spaces because he pulled players to himself, but he never sees them or pass on time until they’re closed down.

@KingFemi__ There were 3 good crosses but no one at the end of them Also, if the other attackers aren't helping pulling the defenders and leaving him isolated vs 3 defenders constantly, what do you expect him to do??

Doku started the game yesterday with plenty body feints and dancing legs and still ended the match with no single output. Again, I’m not interested wingers that only knows how to dance on the touchline, I need output.. Salah, Mbeumo >>> Ndiaye, Amad, Doku..
