Is the sun setting on the “Evergreen” era of Call of Duty: Mobile? 📉 Recent financial deep-dives into Activision and Tencent reports (FY2019–2025) reveal a sobering shift. While CoDM was the “golden child” during the pandemic, the corporate tone has changed. The Data Breakdown: Loss of “Evergreen” Status: Tencent defines an “evergreen” title as one generating $575M+ annually with 5M+ daily active users. As of 2025 (last mentioned in 2021), CoDM is no longer listed in this tier. Post-2022, CoDM events in China largely disappeared. The Pivot: Mentions of CoDM in annual meetings have dwindled, replaced by a heavy focus on Delta Force Mobile (massive in China) and Valorant Mobile. Maintenance Mode: The “lack of content” players feel isn’t an accident (i.e., DMZ is a recycled BR POI). CODM Server Tick Rate The following data is derived by checking packet timings using a packet sniffer on India & NA servers. 1. Practice Range & Battle Royale: 10hz 2. Public Match (Respawns): 20hz 3. Public Match (SnD) & Ranked Match: 15hz Best case scenario, your data is sent to the server every 50ms (20hz). Everything else that happens in-game is interpolated by the server. This low tick rate explains the experienced desync in-game; netcode’s overcompensating to cover bad ping players and VPN users, effectively making them impossible to hit. #callofdutymobile #codm #codmobile

RAM-7: First Impressions The RAM-7 is easily an upper tier flex AR. The main advantage is its combination of fast TTK (210ms, identical to DR-H) and fast fire rate (857RPM). This means that its TTK is much more realistic compared to other meta options with similar TTK as the punishment for missing shots is much lower. Its other stats are also quite competitive as it features extremely low recoil, excellent BSA, 50 round mags, and fast enough bullet speed to not be a factor in most gunfights. Its mobility/handling are average for ARs. The only downside of the RAM7 is the shorter 4 tap range compared to other meta weapons as a tradeoff for its TTK/fire rate. #callofdutymobile #codm #codmobile

𝗥𝗨𝗦-𝟳𝟵𝗨 – 𝗦𝟳 𝗠𝗣 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 The RUS-79U is a lower mid-tier SMG with average performance, but it's held back by an awkward recoil pattern and a lack of impactful body-part damage multipliers. These issues make it less effective compared to other SMGs, though it remains a functional option for close to mid-range engagements. Our build focuses on improving the weapon's damage consistency at range. It can secure a 4-shot kill with a 234ms TTK out to 15 meters, followed by a 5-shot kill with a 312ms TTK up to 30 meters. Landing two shots to the head, chest or lower arms can extend the 4-shot kill potential to 30 meters. Our build focuses on improving overall stabilities to make the weapon more viable in standard engagements. It delivers a consistent 5-shot kill with a 264ms TTK out to 26.8 meters, but performance declines significantly beyond this range, limiting its long-range potential. 𝗝𝟯𝟱𝟴 – 𝗦𝟲 𝗕𝗥 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 The J358 is the only pistol in BR that isn't a low tier option. It is also the weapon with the highest risk-to-reward ratio. With the Hammer Grip, it has the potential to be the fastest killing weapon up close (excluding shotguns) assuming the user has a good trigger finger. However, having a mag size of only 8 rounds that cannot be increased with Extended Mag mods makes it extremely difficult to use against multiple opponents and the user must make each shot count.
