The South African Police Service has officially debunked Julius Malema’s lies claiming that Mazwi Khubheka staged his own kidnapping. Mazwi returned with his clothes torn to shreds, visibly traumatized, shattered, and terrified. To even suggest that a hard-working young man would reduce himself to such a desperate, evil act says far more about his accusers' character than his own.
Among those arrested for this brutal crime are a South African extortionist who terrorises foreign spaza shops for protection money, foreign criminals tied to Shepherd Bushiri nation and lethal Ethiopians. To see our own people and foreign syndicates unite to destroy a young man's life is absolutely heartbreaking. Justice must be served. #JusticeForMazwi

My uncle left home years ago to hustle in a faraway town. He built a life, but never came back as often as he should have. Now he’s gone. All that’s left is his house… standing there, slowly falling apart. No one is fixing it. No one is living in it. The family is too busy fighting over who it belongs to. Since he was not married and had no kids. It’s crazy how a man can spend his whole life building something…
just for it to become a battlefield after he’s gone.

Someone must advise this witness that sounding intelligent and having an elaborate answer for every question is not an indication of innocence. Sometimes your evasive behavior is considered as an indication that you are an unreliable witness.
A good witness knows when to concede and when to disagree. Conceding is not an indication of guilt. Our Courts have even held that a witness might lie because he does not think his version will be believed. Lying is not an indication of guilt. His unreliability together with other evidence can point towards guilt instead of innocence.
