@mayaofficialph sobrang hassle, I transferred my funds from paypal to Maya, nawala sa paypal, nasa transaction history sa Maya, pero di nagreflect sa account ko??? Callled customer service and after waiting for minutes, nacut lang yung call.

I transferred P500 and P12,000 yesterday from PayPal. I waited for hours, but the funds haven’t been reflected in my Maya wallet. Could you please investigate this issue or inform us if there’s a system maintenance? This is so inconvenient. @mayaofficialph

I sent money from Paypal to Maya Wallet last night but until now it still has not been credited to my Maya Wallet. This is the very reason why I stopped using Gcash due to these kinds of issues. I tried raising a ticket is says failed to send. @mayaofficialph very disappointing!
