I said the majority of his *fervent* followers. I have met literally dozens of women who adore him but can’t repeat anything that he says that isn’t just communist manifesto regurgitation. They just defend him because they think he’s handsome and “an ally,” but will reject the same arguments or behaviors from weird sex pests like Destiny because they don’t like him the same way.
The majority of account holders are also male, women browse anonymously more for a litany of reasons. His presence is also so split between YouTube, response videos, second-hand drama accounts, reels, TikTok’s, twitch, secondary streaming, embedded viewership, etc. that there’s no true and reliable way to confirm the full scale exposure of who he CATERS to that isn’t terminally online. That also was never my point.
When he comes up, it’s usually reflexive whataboutisms to muddy the point from men or they don’t vehemently defend him. I’ve had friendships ended by women who couldn’t repeat or justify anything he says but they gush over him.
