@tyme_app Well I can custom choose white but then the text is smaller. Feature request: be able to remove a color. that way you can color the most active category to easily pick it out of a list

@editblog Maybe you chose a color, that’s barely visible. Just edit a category to see it.

@tyme_app But I have many categories that have no color. When you create a new category there is no color

Time for a break? With the latest update Tyme also tracks your breaks. You can convert them into time entries, edit them or export them along with your tracked hours. Check out update 2024.11 tyme-app.com/en/release-not…

@kaschu Im guessing you’re either exporting projects, that are tracked in cluster mode, so the time entries don’t have start / end, but just a duration or you’ve set the export grouping to day / task, the you should also only see durations. Nothing has changed in the JSON format.

@tyme_app Has the export format for JSON changed? No "start" and "end" fields any more. And the exported is wrong: every task starts at midnight. In the database all values seems correct. It is just the export file, that has changed between 2024-01-31 and 2024-02-29.

The @tyme_app is now compatible with Hookmark!

I put an LED strip on my desk and when I hit my daily hours, @tyme_app makes the lights go green. It's the coolest thing ever.

@tyme_app Hey, the new menubar doesn't seem to work across Spaces. It's stuck in the space that the main app window is in. Clicking on the menubar while in a different Space doesn't show it (the icon does focus), but when I switch over it's there.

Hey @tyme_app … so using the app on the phone… the timer looks like it keeps going in the Dynamic Island. It’s not actually still running in the app though. But obviously it really what you want to see in your timer.

@editblog It should be in sync, true. Sometimes the widgets update a bit delayed, so it should self correct after a while.

@tyme_app OK, thank you, that works but I guess I don’t understand why in the world does the timer keep counting up in the widget? It’s not counting up in the app, so why would it continue to count in the widget?

@editblog You can configure this behavior in Tyme‘s settings > General > Live Activity

And it only seems to show on the Lock Screen. When unlocked and off it’s not in the Dynamic Island. So maybe that’s not DI. I guess that’s a widget that is behaving strangely.

@dgrenier The widget updates can sometimes be a bit delayed. Depends on how iOS decides to save battery. So it should update more frequently, if the battery is not empty and you’re not on battery saving mode.

@tyme_app The lock screen widget isn't working as before. I'm seeing the first timer of the day continuing to run on the lock screen even after stopping it and starting another.

@tom_livingston Tyme does not track the activity from other apps. It never did. Maybe you’re confusing it with a different app?
