She needs $104,000 for 20% down to avoid PMI. She's $44,000 short. After 6 years of sacrifice. She asked me what she did wrong. Nothing. She did everything right. The finish line just moved faster than she could run. She's 34. Single. No kids. Good job. Perfect credit. And she's still not enough for a system that keeps adjusting the rules mid-game.
