Land is worth the same today as it was in 1975. In another 20 years it’ll bring triple what it’s bringing now but it’ll be worth the same. It’s static value makes it a decent hedge against currency depreciation.

@CBKimbrell @LEAADFarms The last 25 years, Gold and equities have almost an identical rate of return. Farmland is a slightly better (rental income included) because it captured the one time biofuel boom + annual trend yield gains. Your point is valid though, there are no real investment gains.

Auto steer is not working but old timers like me can use a steering wheel to get across the field. In addition I left my phone in the truck and was able to survive a whole field without it. Plant 2025 old school.
