@ForthMobility I've driven EVs for over 10 years now. The range of the latest generation of EVs has removed even the slightest bit of anxiety. My commute is 120 miles round trip and it's never a problem!

Many trips in the US are shorter than 5 miles - 64 percent! And while we understand range anxiety, for most trips, it's not an issue. This distance can also easily be done on an e-bike or e-scooter! #facts #ebike ##sustainability

@wsdot_north It's a pile of gravel and sand all over the roadway. It covers the left lane for several hundred feet north of Ohio St and then the Sunset Dr offramp, and part of Sunset Dr. A gravel truck must have lost its load.

On I-5 NB just north of Iowa St (MP 254) there is a collision blocking the left lane.

Yesterday I had to reboot an aircraft to make it work. Avionics were complaining about some mismatch and had disabled autopilot servos, not that I was using the AP, but we didn't want to take off with anything not working. Turn it off and on again works in planes.

And of course it was Ireland, which is not known for its clear weather. The telescope managed maybe 60 nights of observing per year, which is why modern telescopes pick locations with good weather and good seeing.

Since everyone’s talking about big new telescope, let’s talk about a big old telescope. In 1845 William Parsons, the 3rd Earl of Rosse built the largest telescope in the world on his estate in Ireland. Known at the Leviathan It’s 72” mirror would remain the largest for 70 years.
