I never knew having the opportunity to coach my son would be the most fulfilling experience in my entire football career. Prior to the game starting, I kneeled down and told him how proud I am of him. He looked at me confidently and said “I know Dad”. You’re a champion my boy!

Breaking News from Multiple Sources: VHSL has issued a post season ban for Hayfield HS Football for the 2024 season. VHSL will make no public statement, but a formal letter has been received by Hayfield HS administration. Hayfield is currently appealing the decision.

When you sign a contract with yourself that you will do something, you should do it. Because if you break your word with yourself then you are most definitely breaking it with other people. And that’s a character flaw.

What keeps me going in my fitness journey? Definitely the kids for one, but my wife and I also made a commitment to ourselves and each other that we would be better. We’re doing it together.
