@Delta Can you please confirm my bags are at Basel airport? I will travel back there to retrieve them myself. Baggage hotline not working.

@Delta When we talked to someone on phone at Air France, he threatened to send out bags back to Texas. Please make sure that doesn't happen.

@Delta One more day without coats, correct footwear, medication, proper attire. Have delayed shopping for things we dont need as told it was coming

@Delta I have since determined that the bags are at Basel airport with baggage dept that closed at 7 pm despite told would ship to us in Lucerne

@Delta We ended up in Basel 13 hours late with no luggage. Still no luggage. Continue to hit walls with customer service. Same clothes since 9/24

@Delta The rebooked flight was delayed 4 hours. Then the flight after that was delayed too. By the time we got to Basel, no luggage. Still no bags

@delta She's rude and lacked compassion. I was unable to board. I will now arrive into Basel (hopefully) 8 hours late, miss the reunion. 8/8

@Delta She said I no longer had seats on that flight because I reached out to rebook my connection. She said we were told not to do so 6/

@Delta When I got to the gate to board the plane 4 hours late, I was scolded and made an example to all in ear shot by the supervisor. 5/

@Delta my connection would now be missed and I received a text message offering assistance. I called the number, found an option. 4/

@Delta your connecting flight in ATL was delayed but I was told connections were fine. Told again several times over 2 hours. Then... not 3/

@Delta His dream was to attend a family reunion there- where our ancestors are from. In his honor, I would arrive tomorrow- his birthday 2/
