Been a rough week for a lot of ppl in the trenches. Market is down again. AI narrative is cooling down too. Portfolios are red, and the group chats are quiet in a way they only get when ppl are genuinely worried and things dumping. We’ve been there. Here is what I know after years in this game. The ppl who made it were not the ones who timed everything perfectly. They were the ones who stayed relaxed and rational when everything looked sideways. Go to the gym when charts bleeding. Take a walk instead of refreshing your wallet for the 40th time. The opportunity does not disappear in a down market. It just gets harder to see. It’s easier to miss and make bad trades if you burned yourself out staring at those shitty red candles. Market is hard pvp rn, you don’t need to trade in this market, just don’t if you’re panicking.
