Was told by a very good source that Orlando's locker room was a mess and Mosley had no control. He wasn't going to survive even if Magic got past Detroit. There's a major Banchero problem. Donovan would walk into a very talented but dysfunctional circus.

@JCowleyHoops Can you provide link? I searched and found multiple articles all citing previous reporting about Donovan as a possibility to the Magic, but all it seemed to say is Bulls were worried he'd be interested in Magic job, but no real reporting on if the Magic were interested themselves

I have yet to see one actual reporter say "My sources say Donovan is a serious HC candidate for Orlando." Maybe there are, haven't seen it yet.

@ryKeough @HawksDraftNerd @G0dGifted_ wtf are you talking about? The Magic have literally stood by him for years despite his injuries and given him multiple contracts. He just keeps getting hurt and after his last extension two years ago he regressed and has been abysmal on the court.

Normally when stars get hurt, people realize the team will be worse

@beyondtheRK IMO a combination of injuries and coaching. If you just look at boxscores, you'd probably think it was just injuries. But anyone watching the games can see serious coaching issues.

The Magic have signed their President of Basketball Operations to a contract extension, per @JoshuaBRobbins and @TheAthleticNBA.
While changes may be coming this offseason… the front office won’t be one of them.
For a fanbase hoping for a full reset , including leadership at the top, this isn’t the news many wanted to hear.

All of the entertainers you mentioned can sit courtside at a NBA game. Michael Jackson could not. @MagicJohnson told the story of how he invited MJ to a Lakers game and it created so much chaos, they had to stop the game. MJ had to leave because fans were leaving their seats to try to get to him.
None of the people you mentioned have that level of fame where they can’t attend public events.
