1. UC cannot start overpayment recovery without your consent. Any repayment agreement you enter into has to be voluntary. State law is exceedingly clear on this matter. You can and should negotiate the terms of any voluntary repayment agreement you might enter into.

ucla is scheduled to ask the regents for kinetic energy weapons and munitions on 9/19. One of ucla’s asks is 100 rounds of def-tec 40mm munitions (#6320), which “combines blunt trauma with the effects of an irritant powder, maximizing the potential for incapacitation.”
