Wrapping a mutable reference inside of a RefCell is one of these @rustlang things that surprises me that it works, but then also makes me realize that of course it should work.

All though I'm always considering how much of today's success owes to the downward pressure that PulseAudio caused (through frustrated end users) in fixing the many issues present in ALSA.

I would also be OK with docs.rs exposing an API to publish docs built on your own GH actions if they're struggling with the build queue.

Serious proposal: if more than 30% of crates·io has a direct dependency on a person's crates, then all of that person's crates should get prioritized in the docs·rs build queue instead of waiting behind the cryptocurrency crates for hours/days.

If the goal of @Twitter now is to be a marketplace of ideas, one of the more important features to implement would be the ability to see deleted tweets so we don't have to rely on screenshots or web archives for stable citations.
