According to Dave, the best parts of working at Disney include the products and the people. The environment is energetic and innovative, creating an exciting company culture.

Dave says a day in his life at Disney is quite hard to define. He is always doing different things inside and outside of the office. However, the majority of his days are spent planning and creating content for various campaigns.
