Something I’ve noticed from the best briefs I’ve worked on… they don’t feel restrictive. Give creators a bit of creative freedom. You might be surprised with the results.

Funny how cafés expect to be paid for their product, but creators are expected to work for free for theirs. But what’s not okay is how often creators are expected to deliver results, strategy, experience and labour for nothing.

I’m genuinely excited for what’s coming. The goal now is to build beyond content creation, whether that’s launching a physical product, starting an agency, or something completely new. Time to get uncomfortable, try things that scare me a little, and see what’s possible.

I was on a call with an agency I work with and they told me that on the last in-house socials video they asked quickfire questions around the office for content and one question was What creator or influencer that we work with deserves a Netflix 7 part series and they said me.
