and I just remember that when you step out looking good, you oddly get better “treatment” or “respect”. It’s a -weird- concept but yet it’s true! You don’t have to dolled up everyday lol but if you can it makes you feel way better and people tend to pay more attention to you.

Solutions can be to H.E.A.L. From whatever got you in that mindset. Forgive. And really take the time to want love. But start with yourself 🫂 Nobody actually WANTS to be lonely in the long run and it will never gets better!!! It’s okay to submit. I hope this makes sense.

When really things never get better, you search and search but finally realize that… better is within… it’s not a easy healing process or realization but you need to understand that you are in a survival mindset that doesn’t even need to be there 😢❤️‍🩹 you don’t HAVE to run!
