Things that keep me genuinely excited about being alive right now 1. Watching my boy grow every single day, nothing compares. 2. Bitcoin at $500K. We’re not done. 3. The first human outpost on the Moon. Then Mars. Then Europa. Then beyond. 4. AGI, the last invention humanity ever needs to make. 5. A real cure for cancer and all terminal disease. Not management, CURE. 6. CRISPR evolving to the point where we rewrite genetic destiny and maybe, just maybe, we bring back a velociraptor 😂. 7. Designer babies done safely and ethically. Give every child the best possible start at the biological level. 8. Nanotechnology woven into medicine and daily life in ways we can’t fully imagine yet. 9. A metaverse so real and so immersive you can’t tell the difference. Full AR/VR immersion. 10. Personal humanoid robots, your own assistant, tailored entirely to you. 11. Self-driving cars becoming so normal we forget driving was ever manual. 12. A brain-chip interface so seamless it restores sight to the blind, movement to the paralysed, and opens the door to transhumanism. 13. Wearable tech embedded into the fabric we wear, literally. 14. Global human life expectancy beyond CC 15. And the biggest question of all — answered in our lifetime: Are we alone? The universe is 13.8 billion years old. Somewhere out there, something else figured it out too. We might find out this decade. That alone makes being alive right now the greatest privilege in human history. 🌌 What are you most excited about for the future?

A HARVARD psychologist says: “if you’ve achieved nothing by 25, you’ve avoided the most destructive illusion of youth” > In 2021, a Harvard psychologist surprised a lecture hall with an unexpected statement: “If you haven’t accomplished much by 25, you may have escaped one of youth’s biggest illusions.” At first, the room laughed. She wasn’t kidding. > The illusion of early success. In your early 20s, the brain seeks quick proof of worth ~status, attention, rapid achievements. But psychologists warn that chasing recognition too soon can lock people into roles or paths they never consciously chose. They decide too early… and spend years trying to undo it. > The exploration phase. Research on career development suggests that people who explore more before 30 often build stronger long-term directions. Testing ideas. Making mistakes in public. Changing course. At 25 it looks like confusion ….but by 35 it often turns into clarity. People who feel “behind” in their mid-20s frequently gain something others miss: Perspective. Patience. And a clearer sense of what truly matters to them. That foundation often leads to better decisions later on. At the end of the lecture, the psychologist left the students with one final thought: “You’re not meant to have life fully figured out at 25.” “You’re meant to discover who you’re not.”

More dead bodies of Nigerian Christians are being reported in the cities and villages of Jos, and the world seems silent about it, including the Nigerian government and many bloggers; all I can say is that there is a serious crisis affecting Christians in Nigeria, so please pray for Jos 🙏🏼, and Bola Tinubu, what are you doing, why is all this happening during your tenure? If you come across this post, please repost it so the whole world can see what is happening in Nigeria right now, as there is no need to hide it.

I rent out the basement apartment of my house. My tenant, a guy in his twenties named Mark, was usually great. But last month, the rent didn't come. He started avoiding me. Parking down the street. Dashing inside. On the 10th, I knocked on his door. He opened it looking like he hadn't slept in days. "I know," he said, holding up his hands. "I lost my job at the warehouse. I'm packing. I'll be out by Sunday." He looked defeated. "Mark," I said. "I didn't come down here for the rent." I handed him a bag of groceries and a business card. "My brother is a shift manager at the plant across town. They're hiring. Tell him I sent you. You can pay me when you get your first check." He just stood there and cried. A roof over someone's head shouldn't be a weapon. Anonymous

i have no desire to be rich so i can buy a rolex or a lamborghini. i want to be rich so i can control my time and go to the gym at 3pm on a monday. sit at a cafe and relax for an hour on a rainy afternoon. so i can cook meals at home with fresh ingredients. spend on my family and friends without worrying about a budget. that's my idea of a rich life, not the fake consumerist idea shoved down my throat.

If you say “I know I’m great” you’re showing ppl that confidence can be self generated…which implies ANYONE could develop that level of conviction if they put in the work etc. Most people don’t like that implication tho cuz it exposes their own lack of self belief as an internal problem not an external one (scary). People who believe confidence should be sourced externally always have an excuse as to why they’re not confident. It shields them from facing the REAL truth which is “I don’t believe in myself because I personally have no internal foundation for it.”

How to Stop Being Broke in 2026 (Without Doing Yahoo) Forget vibes. Here’s how real people are building wealth this year: 1. Write your goals down, don’t freestyle your finances 2. Create a monthly budget (actually use it) 3. Save for emergencies, life happens 4. Start with mutual funds if you’re a beginner 5. Build a stock portfolio that works while you sleep 6. Start a side hustle, data money is not enough 7. Read one personal finance book (start with NGX 101 & Wealth Code) 8. Invest in your skills as money follows value 9. Reinvest your returns, compound that bag 10. Join a money-minded community (like our mentorship group)

Physiological Truths About Men Who Treat Their Birthdays Like a Normal Day 1. They’re used to doing life alone. From childhood, nobody really made a big deal out of their special moments — so they learned not to expect anything. 2. They’re naturally low-maintenance. Gifts, parties, noise — it’s never been their thing. Peace is their real celebration. 3. They pour into others more than they receive. They’re the “strong one,” the one everyone calls… but when it’s their turn, they don’t want to feel like a burden. 4. They’ve learned to make themselves happy. A quiet meal, a prayer, a moment alone — it’s enough. They’re used to creating their own joy. 5. They measure life in progress, not dates. To them, a new year is not about cake 🎂 it’s about whether they’ve grown, improved, or achieved.
