As a recruiter what I will say is I’ve been on the receiving end of interactions like that and it sucks. The reality is we have to reject hundreds of candidates and can only give one person an opportunity. Based on that math majority of the people we speak to we cant give a job.

Employers have become super risk averse and they don’t want to train anymore . They want you to come ready from Day one which makes no sense but it’s the Employers’ market rn . It’s also why entry level jobs don’t exist anymore , they don’t want to Train.
