@socoloffalex "no big audience, no viral posts" means very low chance of clients finding you and even if they find you there's even low chance of choosing you over the one you had this exp with. Sad but true.

Be careful it’s quite possible. I’ve had a couple wild landing pages close to those numbers that shocked me. Seems I’ve been running into people with too much money who are in a big hurry. Like a Jeff Bezo type out of 10 people this one’s the best and we need this done since last week

I’ll invest $50,000 for 0% equity of Marcel’s agency if he can provide evidence someone paid $50,000 for a landing page. Serious offer.

@BrettFromDJ at this point every time someone tweets “I design this landing page for $$$K” I google the company and 9/10 times the website is either different or on Wordpress 💀

A lot of designers on X post random app screens that are often inspired by or copied from someone else’s work. Then when a client hires them, the project falls apart because they can’t deliver the same quality they were showing online. I’ve hired wrong designers before and suffered loss of time and money. A good designer thinks about the user, the product, the system, balance, consistency, and only then makes it look beautiful and functional. Most importantly, be honest with yourself. If you’re not doing this yet, accept it and work on it. Start designing full apps, not just single screens. That’s how you actually grow.
