Sneak peek into my latest project — built my own video-transcoding pipeline using AWS S3, SQS, Lambda, and ECS Fargate! Took me almost 2 weeks, but learned a ton along the way. Huge thanks to @piyushgarg_dev for making the system design feel easy 🙌

Social media shouldn't be anything more than an engine, a canvas to put your ideas on. And then make disgusting amount of money thanks to it. So many people romanticise the idea of building a personal brand and becoming a 'creator'. The reality is quite different from what you think it is... There's ZERO reason to put much thought into engaging, content creation or anything else IF you have 0 way or chance to tangibly build authority and leverage your existing expertise and skillset. Below you can see one of my great many clients and his thoughts on how business is on X. He doesn't hustle for hours posting. He doesn't sell his offers to beginners. He doesn't spend tons of time finding 'hooks'. What he's doing is learning from few of the best people in his niche, applying what he learns, experimenting with the stuff that he finds and THEN - building an actual business with it. And this is my entire philosophy on how to build profitable ventures on social media. Overdelivering. 1. Use your background skills, whatever they may be... if you had a startup of 3 years, a 9-5 that brought you experience throughout the decade or have been a freelancer for the love of god USE IT. You probably possess more skills than 95% of posers and fakers that are trying to build a coaching business on X. 2. Find few people that are doing exactly what you want to be doing and religiously analyse them. I recommend people relevant to your own craft and then just few people on basic topics (sales, positioning, marketing, emails etc) 3. Preferably get at least minimal paid support - paid resources from said idols, few books or a consultancy call/tool bundle. Preferably courses and raw knowledge with communities will suffice. (recommending course.sebrozga.com). You'll leap anyone who's trying to stitch their own free roadmap and while they're busy creating a logo on Canva you'll be closing clients that could be theirs. 4. Use your experience and the knowledge that you already have to build your first offer, preferably 1:1 - launch it within 1-3 days and just do everything that you need to get the first sale 5. Once validated reuse the money to learn more about your craft by investing into things and scale either the offer or build better offers (while increasing traffic) That's pretty much it. Capitalise on your skills. Use these skills for an offer. Drive demand towards the offer. Sell to people and scale the model. And no, you don't need a gumrobbery growth course to be able to turn your experience into cash. With few pinches of experience you can go out there and build an ACTUAL personal brand. There's zero reason to build atop of zero experience - and that marks a huge reason why I commonly believe that total beginners with zero background experience can't be helped. So, if you had experience prior to getting here in any of the areas I mentioned above (other businesses, freelance etc) - please go and make & sell this offer right this week. And if not... you're better off just doing freelance and leaving this platform for a while. Get moving. While you're still here, wondering whether you're ready and prepared to sell, someone is out there, lapping you... with less experience, less skills but more drive than you could possibly have. There will be people who will straight up bookmark this post and won't even take their time to read it this far - or even apply it. Those people will never be able to build a 6 figure venture on social media. Will you? Time will tell. Use your experience, learn from the best in their craft and then get clients - then massively overdeliver for them. If you found this helpful, feel free to RT this or share with your audience, I won't mind.

Men, Whatever profession you practice — Learn: 1. How to fight 2. When to not pick a fight 3. How to avoid a fight Fights don't end well. Even worse, when you get hit by a hook to your jaw and all you can do is, fucking groan!

@marcelwrites Something about myself Marcel- I am an atheist, I pick the best ideas from religions that I have come across to date and incorporate those into my philosophy. I read religious books from a non-religious perspective, that gives me a broader spectrum.

I'm going to read the Bible. I was never religious. But the older I get, the more I see and understand it's importance. Look at the west. They all lost the connection to God. And society is collapsing. I'm ready to learn and listen.

@modern_mindset This is so true Seb, In my message request when I see a guy with those tags behind their name- I instantly know what's gonna be their message. Sales pitches work, only when they feel less like a sales pitch.

Dear folks here on X... Do you know how stupid is to put "Email Marketer" or "Ghostwriter" in your nickname? The moment I get a DM from you I'm 99,5% sure that it's a blatant, uncaring cold pitch you just sent me. You've got 0 chance at standing out. Do better.
